why do my nipples hurt after i swim in salt water?

  The salt/sand could be irritating your nipples, or, if you’re wearing a wetsuit or shirt, sand and salt could be sticking to it and rubbing against your nipples.

  it is basically puberty. do no longer concern this sense will bypass away in time as your hormones end “performing up”. indoors the interim stay faraway from swimming if its too bothersome or you may wonderful be a guy and take the soreness. Your selection.
