As far as I could find she was an editor who died in 2005. She edited Jackass 1, some of the tv shows, and numerous other things including Big Brother 4 (not Jackass 2). Since there were no news articles regarding her death, I highly doubt she died during the filming of Jackass 2- also, editors aren’t necessarily on location, they work on the film after everything has been done.

I can’t remember any females in Jackass 2, besides the dancers.
Ryan Dunn has died. It was been confirmed by the police. If some people are trying to make this into a joke it isn’t because he is dead and no one can change that now. R.I.P Ryan Dunn. You will be Missed,Loved but never Forgotten! Hope this helps
she edited the first jackass and has a book published…I thought her dying in jackass 2 was just a rumor.
