Check out your local grocery store.

Check out your local health food stores and most Italian delis carry it as well.

Also there are several online sites that carry it.

Any lasagna recipe will work. Its best to use the whole wheat noodles that cook with the lasagna and not the kind you boil first. Whole wheat noodles tend to fall apart.

Lasagna 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 c sliced fresh mushrooms or baby portobello mushrooms 1 c chopped onion 3/4 c shredded carrots 1 26-oz jar marinara sauce 1 14.5-oz can diced Italian-style or roasted garlic-flavored tomatoes 15 oz nonfat or part-skim ricotta cheese 3 tbsp fat-free egg substitute 1 tsp dried parsley 10 uncooked whole wheat lasagna noodles 2 c shredded nonfat or reduced-fat mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese 1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with the olive oil, and preheat over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, onion and carrots, and cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender. Stir in marinara sauce and undrained tomatoes, and cook 1 to 2 minutes to heat through. Cover the sauce, and set aside. 2. Place ricotta cheese, egg substitute and parsley in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to mix well. Set aside. 3. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, and spoon 1 1/4 cups of the sauce over the bottom of the pan. Lay five of the uncooked noodles over the sauce to cover the bottom of the pan, arranging four of the noodles lengthwise, slightly overlapping, and one noodle crosswise. (You will have to break about 1 inch off the bottom of the crosswise noodle to make ti fit in the pan.) 4. Spread the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, then top with half of the mozzarella, all of the spinach, and another 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Finish layering with the remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. 5. Place the casserole on a large baking sheet (to catch any drips), cover the pan with aluminum foil (spray the underside of the foil with cooking spray to prevent sticking) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. Makes 8 Servings.

I understand Whole Foods has an excellent selection of whole wheat pastas as well as pasta with no wheat/flour of any kind.

I get them at regular supermarkets, or a health food shop. More manufacturers are making whole wheat pasta, in addition to spinach pasta. But check your regular pasta section at the supermarket. It costs a bit more than regular white pasta.

Will depend on the context really. Which is better as a snack – fruits personally. It’s tastier and gives you that little bit of sweetness. Which can be better as a snack if you are trying hard to minimize back on sugar and lose weight vegetables
