It’s this orange salt stuff that’s kind of spicy. I’m not quite sure what it’s called, but I’m pretty sure you can find it at Wal-Mart or whatever grocery store you go to. It will most likely be with the rest of the seasonings. Or you can just buy the pre-packaged frozen seasoned fries with the seasoning already on them.

Usually just Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. Pretty basic but makes a darned good fry.

If you live in and around Louisiana, try using Tony Chachere’s, the original creole seasoning. It’s great on everything and has no MSG in it. I love it on french fries and I season chicken tenders with it too. I also love it in the powdered mac & cheese by Kraft. Yum, you have to try it.

At home, you can use Lawry’s Seasoned Salt or Red Robin’s Salt (you have to buy that one at their restaurants, but it’s goooood!)

Most of the time, a lot of artifical seasoning…mostly that are bad for you MSG. Sometimes they use Seasoned Salt (heavy dosed).

Usually it’s “Seasoned Salt” which you can buy in the spice section at grocery stores.
