When someone says after 12 do they mean come 12:30 or 1:00 ?

  From 1-14 and 16 minute to 29 minutes it considered after. ex. 12:05 is five minutes after five

  15 is called a quarter so 12:15 is a quarter after 12

  30 minute mark is half past: 12:30 is Half past 12

  Minutes 31-44 an 46-59 you say” til 1.” but to get the number Ex. 12:40 you have to subtract 60-40=20

  so 12:40 is 20 til one.

  60-45 =15 so 12:45 IS a quarter to one.

  Time? After 12 means 12:01 or later.

  12:15 – 1:00. if they don’t come after 1 they have lied 😛

  They probably mean after 12:00PM, like say 12:01PM. By 12:30PM or 1:00PM they may think you’re not coming or forgot. NOTE: If one is going to use 12 hour time, one should be a little more specific. Does one mean AM or PM?

  I would say 12:30, but it could mean anytime after 12
