whats the p.con on the kewood amplifier and where do i connect it?

  It’s the power controller. It’s SUPPOSED to go to the back of the headunit. Should be a blue wire coming out of the back of an AFTERMARKET head unit. if you have a stock head unit, you can just put a switch in with power going to an ignition-hot wire. Meaning, when you turn the car off, it will automatically cut off power to the switch.
