What movies have a character-centered approach and what movies have a situation-centered approach?

I don’t understand the differences between the two approaches. I think if I see movies that are character-centered and situation-centered I will be able to see the differences. Please give me a list of movies or explain to me the difference so I can understand. They seem the same to me when I read the definitions. I wouldn’t be able to find out what movies are character and situation centered. Thank you for your help!

I know this: The character-centered approach focuses on one or more than one character who experiences different situations. This approach emphasizes each character’s response to the situations. The situation-centered approach focuses on the situation itself and shows how different characters react to the same event.
