    Santa Claus is the opposite of Pirates. Santa gives toys to children, while pirates steal stuff and sell them for gold.

    First off, define “pirate”.

    However, let’s assume you mean the “blackbeard” type of pirate. In such a case:

    The “opposite” of a pirate is one who purchases a shipload of goods, then sails out to sea to find an empty ship. He then transfers his cargo onto the ship (or merely swaps ships), shakes the captain’s hand and sails his own now empty ship off into the dawning sun.

    ADD: And just HOW in blazes are all these kids coming up with the absurd notion that “ninja” is somehow the “opposite” of a pirate?!?!? I think they’ve been watching too many cartoons…
