Kevin in Spanish does not change at all.

Kevin is Kevin in Spanish. Kevin has to be the most Colombian boy name there is.

It’s a Gaelic name. Kevin and other Irish names are becoming very popular among urban and semirural indians and mestizos in Mexico. My wife works in a socialized medical clinic and some of her patients are Kevin (pronounced KAY-bean) Ramírez, Brian( BRIGH-john) Hernández, Brandon (BRAHN-doan) Benítez, and John F. Kennedy Hernández Bernál!

There are a few names that have a clear equivalent in English and Spanish (Thomas/Tomas, Edward/Eduardo, John/Juan, Peter/Pedro, etc….), but Kevin is not one of them.
