After Episode 226, the anime for Bleach started fillers again. Basically Episodes 227, 228 and 229 were from omakes and bonus chapters. While Episode 230 started a complete new filler arc about Zanpakutos rebelling.
Fillers are basically not in the manga, and they are made so that the anime never catches up to the manga. Don’t worry, Aizen will return once again, mwahaha. XD
For now, you can either wait and keep on watching the fillers. But I would reccomend you just move on to the manga while keeping up with the anime at the same time.
By the way, Episode 226 left off at this chapter. So you should start from here:

This is a filler arc, and will continue for many months to come. We won’t be resuming with Aizen for a while, because the manga needs to get much farther (it’s only about six months or so ahead) ahead than the anime is.

He’s drinking some tea, waiting for the FILLERS to end… (see eps 265 after the ending theme and you’ll see I’m not lying). he continue his fight with ichigo @ eps 266..

Yeah. It’s called fillers. *dramatic music plays*
They decided to pull a Naruto [which is notorious for fillers] because the anime was getting dangerously close to the manga.
Horrible, eh?

They went into filler. Filler is non-story related material. Its close to manga so they done the filler to have more gap between the anime and manga.

bleach is f**kin* stalling。
its called ‘a filler’ it also happened about the princess who escaped from soul society。 the one where a guy tries to kill Captain Commander
