Does he go in a nearby bush or poo his pants?
Also, would they be allowed breaks so as they could stop for a smoke or a rest?

Athletes at that level of fitness are eating a well defined diet at well defined times, especially during a competition, and thus are quite regular. They take care of business beforehand. The only possible exception would be illness, in which case, they’d do it in the bushes.
I’ve been an amateur endurance athlete for a number of years, including marathons and Iron distance triathlons, and its never been an issue.
As for a smoke and a rest, GET SERIOUS, its a frikkin’ race!!!
The players should not go to the bathroom because of all the sweat. They just will burn it off to. No breaks are allowed but you are allowed to stop on the side of the rode. Usually if you are an athlete you shouldn’t smoke.
I read somewhere that all the riders stop in the same general area when one needs to pee but im not sure about its reliability, i suppose you just got to hold it in
They keep it in and let it out when they talk at the end of the race about ‘how it’s great to be riding this year’ and ‘they always love coming back to the track etc’.
well i would think being sat on a seat that would cure the urge to go untill they finish plus they probably take some thing to make them go loads before the race starts.
Well, if you’re in first place, you don’t stop. Like my father always said to me, “you should have thought of that before we left.” I would imagine that they get into a schedule so they don’t have to worry about that. However, if you were in last place, then who cares?
I know that runners poo themselves but not sure about bike riders sorry!
They go before and if they gotta go they just prery dog it to the finish line.
probably but i hope not in their pants plus i think they have porta potties along the way
