“Online exclusive” means that the shirt is only sold online. This is misleading though because sometimes if someone buys something online and returns it to a store in their hometown they keep it at the store. Call the PacSuns around you just to make sure.

it means that the dress is only available online…
so yeah you cant get it at kohls. i dont reccomend this at all. its too big of a hassle finding the right size and having to send it back if it doesnt fit.

It means you can only find it/buy it online. You will not find it at the store.

but it usually means you can only get it online. but if you only have a few days to get this dress, you can try express shipping it so it gets to your home faster.
