It’s like, to attract someone so strongly that you win them over in general. Or, you can seduce someone into doing something sexual. So in other words, persuade them, but in a sexy kind of way. Get it?

It means to trick or bribe someone into doing something they don’t want to do.

To get somebody to do what you want, by tricking or bribing or sexual arousement.

seduce means to make them want to have sex with you so you can get what ever you want from them because they want sex.
