What does mabrook mean>>>?

I heard some people say Mabrook. I am confused. Does it mean congratulations? Is the same as Mubarak? In farsi it is Mubarak. Is Mabrook a arabic word?

Congrats. It literally means “Blessed” in Arabic. So when you are congratulating someone, you say it in terms that it is blessed.

It means congratulations. Usually for any kind of an accomplishment, such as graduation, birth of a child, getting married, buying a new house, or a new car.

Mubarak is said after the word Eid usually Eid Mubarak means Happy Eid.
