  It’s the name of the company Jerrid, Thelman, and Whytte that manufactured the “Diamond”

  I believe they are sold in “Impressions” stores among others.

  um…. I think it means Jewelry To Wear!!!!! or Just To Watch( for if you are poor/broke) I think it is for the sales person to know. not the customer.
