What does “item processed” mean?

I ordered a book off of amazon and checked its tracking history and apparently it’s in mississauga at the moment. Does item processed mean that the item has been delivered to its destination because I don’t live in Ontario I live in newbrunswick and I’m paranoid that I did something wrong. I apologize if I sound like a dumbass but this is the first time I’ve ordered online.

Item processed usually means it’s been packaged and due to leave the warehouse.

It means it was cleared customs and is at the post office getting ready for delivery. Trust me on this. I make my living this way. You would get it next day usually
