    It means that they are not classy. No elegance, just casual and not as polite as they should be. They are usually cheap or rude also.

    It means that they lack good manners, etiquette, decorum and propriety. They usually do not know how to handle themselves in formal settings and embarrass others when in public.

    Often people think that a person born in to money has class automatically, but this is not always the case… A “poor” person can have class as well, it’s all in how you think of yourself and present that self-esteem. Beware, being too “classy” can come off as arrogance.

    To have class is to have: Admirable behavior; elegance.

    Apologizing for losing your temper, even though you were badly provoked, showed real class.

    No class is the opposite, as in you have no respect or are rather snobby and obnoxious.

    One who has no class can also be described as being, cheap, rude no respect for anyone.
