Um, so someone who’s saying “blissfully apathetic” is really contradicting themselves. Thats like saying “excitedly depressed”.
But if youre going to try and pull some sense out of it, I guess you could say that “blissfully apathetic” means to feel very happy showing no emotion. Like, if you’re REALLY HAPPY about this guy that just asked you out, but you show no emotion about it. You just kinda sit there.
