    It means you MISREAD the charge. If anything a reference to ‘assisting other agencies’ would refer to why the law enforcement agency that made the arrest was involved.

    This is not a charge.

    “Assisting other agencies” is a departmental explanation for an action. This occurs where someone is arrested by local police at the request of another agency, like a PD, Sheriff, the Fed’s, etc. If you want to know the “why” or this situation then either call the Clerk of Court or hire a lawyer (or both).
