    It would be O=I-O^- Rb^+. The first O has 2 lone pairs, the I has 2 lone pairs, and the final O has 3 lone pairs and a negative charge. Rb has no lone pairs, a positive charge, and is not physically connected to the iodite ion, since ionic bonds are not physical bonds but electrostatic interactions.
