Empire Total War is a strategy game, and as you might now, strategy games work the processor. So you MIGHT be able to run it on medium settings.

That’s just a scam, whatever you downloaded is just a junk file, a prop to get you to fill out surveys.
There’s no need to zip those files, let alone put passwords on them. If you ever see those, you should know it is just a scam and the file is fake, it does not need to be real in order to scam you.
