I’am trying to use the pause, rewind or forward my programs on TV..and NOTHING Happened.
only said,,,The pause command is not available…The DVR is currently unplugged or restarting.
I don’t know what can do?.
I unplugged the cables on the back of the TV,,,and on the back of ther reciver and the DVR still not working….I waited for rethink or restarting…and the TV programs are OK…but the pause NOT.
What should I do?.

I would first do a proper restart/reboot on the DVR. See the inserted file below for the procedure. The key is to be patient–allow the process to fully complete, regardless what you see or don’t see on the screen. Figure about 5 to 10 minutes total.
If that doesn’t solve it, call customer service, 800-288-2020. Have your U-verse 9-digit account number and your 4-digit telephone passcode handy.

REBOOTING A U-VERSE RECEIVER/DVR
1. Pull the power cord for the small power adapter.
2. Leave it alone for at least 5 minutes, then plug it in.
3. On the receiver/DVR, press the POWER button and hold it down for 15 seconds. It may be flashing while you press it.
4. After 15 seconds, release the button and leave the unit alone. Don’t touch anything, including the U-verse remote.
The restart cycle will take several minutes. Be patient. You will see periods of nothing on the screen, the whirling progress circle, various AT&T or U-verse logos, and more periods of nothing. After it’s done—possibly 5 to 10 minutes—you should see your selected TV channel.
If that doesn’t solve it, you need help from U-verse customer service. Call 800-288-2020. Have your U-verse account number and 4-digit PIN ready.
