Present Address vs. Permanent Address?

I’m filling out a job application and it is asking me for my permanent and present addresses. I know to put my current address at the present one, but should I go ahead and put my address back home (where my parents live) as the permanent one or put my present one again? Or should I leave the permanent one blank?

I am permanently living where I am now, so I’m just confused.
