HELP I HAVE A FISHER PLOW ITS NOT THE MINUTE MOUNT AND I WAS PLOWING TODAY AND I PUT THE PLOW UP THEN WHEN I GO TO PUT IT DOWN IT GOES DOWN REALLY SLOW. THEN I RAISED THE PLOW AGAIN AND IT DID NOT GO DOWN?? WHAT COULD THIS BE???PLEASE HELP THANKYOU

Well, hydraulics are absolute, so:
No fluid on the ground, it’s NOT a leak.
Unit still raises, then pump is working and putting out pressure.
There is only one thing it can be. Your selector valve is stuck or has an internal failure. If it is electrical, that is, solenoids that control which direction it goes, then you may have a burnt out or stuck solenoid. The only cure will be a new control valve, unless you can get parts for it.
Something you can try to confirm, is switch hoses, and see if, when you plug the lower system hoses into the upper system outlets, the plow will now lower, but not raise. If this is the case, it is further confirmation that the control is bad, and that everything else is good, since you could again move the plow. If worst comes to worst, you could remove the electrical valve, and replace it with a manual one. But if you have a lot of plowing to do, you will probably want to replace the control valve.
