You see “G” at the bottom of gamer tags, and a score, what does it exactly earn, and how to you get those points, R they redeemable for Microsoft points on Xbox Live?

“G” is short for gamer points. You get gamer points, when you complete achievements in games. They don’t have anything to do with microsoft points. With microsoft points, you can buy things in the xbox live marketplace, but gamer points are just for showing off, really.

they are gamer points they are just points you earn by doing different achievements in different games and no it doesnt do anything it just shows other people how little of a life you actually have

GamerScore, points that you receive from Achievements in the games. You cannot spend or lose them, they are for only for bragging rights.

that stands for ” GamerScore ” and is nothing but bragging rights really. you cant redeem them for anything unfortunately.
