Can you check the ingredients? A simpler bath bomb might have baking soda, citric acid, epsom salt, sea salt, or cosmetic clay in it. They may have witch hazel and lots of skin oils or glycerin as well. None of that will help your dog’s tummy, but none would be dangerous and eating a small amount wouldn’t hurt a dog (or a person.) Most of the colorants in bath bombs are the same ones used in food coloring.
Strong synthetic fragrances, some essential oils, detergents and sufactants like SLS or SLSA, or any synthetic additives would make it riskier. If you do not know the ingredients, watch your dog closely and take them to the vet immediately if they seem really sick, lethargic, or vomits repeatedly.
