I’ve always taken the phrase to mean something like a mess, heartbreaker, or simply a disaster (take that to mean whatever you’d like) all embodied by some beautiful girl or even situation.

theres no meaning. its just supposed to be an interesting juxtaposition of words. no type of disasters is normally seen as something beautiful. but sometimes, someone can see the beauty in just how awful it is

it can mean a beautifull person is terrible on the inside,
it can mean that something like a natural disaster can be beautifull too,
or it’s something a crazy murderer says when they kill someone.
anyhow, i think it doesn’t really have that much meaning other than the meaning you give to it. ^^
