    Low-beams should be used in fog and snow (to prevent reflected light) and anytime you are behind or approaching another operating vehicle.

    Low-beams should be adjusted so the pool of light covers the road no more than 100 feet in front of the vehicle on level road. Misadjusted lights can blind other drivers just as easily as high-beams lights do.
