Someone who may transcend many interpretations of sexual labels?

While people often transcend labels, your specific question seems to simply espouse the following: a transsexual individual who happens to be pansexual.
( To the word itself: if you utilized the word, ‘transpansexual, often enough to enter the sexual lexicon, then it would, in fact, be socially accepted as an actual word. Otherwise, to my knowledge, it is not an actual word, though very creative. )

That reminds me too much of a pansexual transsexual…. And transsexualism is not a sexuality thats why its called “Transsexualism” and not “Transsexuality.”
Its an ism, not an ity.

Do you mean a pansexual, transsexual/transgendered individual?
because it is possible, rare, but possible. I am a gay transsexual/transgendered individual.

I guess if you have both disorders, then yes.
