I think it is a fake and a poorly translated one. The Japanese name for rainbow dragon is “Ultimate Gem God Rainbow Dragon”, close to the name of your card. If it should be the real deal, the name of the card would simply be “Rainbow Dragon”

What’s with all these people telling you to stop being friends with this guy? He seems like an imaginative and interesting person. So what if he believes something like that? It’s not hurting you. Unless he’s constantly shoving it in your face, there’s no need to do anything about this. All I see is somebody who enjoys a fun game a bit more than the average person.
