Hello Mickey, It can be worrying when you hear about stuff like this. I would doubt that what the program you saw have predicted something accurately. My reason for this is that the program you saw did not reveal the complete body of research that went into this project as this information may invalidate any results. For a method to be correct it would need to be proved to be correct many more times than it was incorrect. And more importantly, why this method is logical and how the scientists or cryptologists came to that conclusion. Now I did not see the program that you saw, but I can guarantee you that this did not happen. I’m sure that the Equidistant Letter Sequence detector found a lot of things that made no sense, and a lot of things that related to the past that did not happen and perhaps things that relate to the future after 2012, but I’m, guessing that these were not mentioned. Now I am not completely saying that predictions from the past are inaccurate as I know that Nostradamus (and others) made reference to Hitler and indeed other events that at his time would be the future. The problem is this, if you read a prediction from the past, it is fairly easy to match it up with something that has already happened. And there is no way of knowing if these predictions are insightful or just lucky. I would put a whole stack of money on the fact that the prediction that you have seen is wrong. For myself, I know that a number of people and organizations have wrongly predicted Earth’s destruction, and yet we are still here. Don’t worry, and don’t let these things bother you. I am so sure that this will not happen, that when we are in 2013, I will buy you a beer. L
