I lost my Du Sim Card, What do I do?

  Happened to me. The procedure is very easy.

  1) Call Du to block the existing card

  2) Upon your return, go to any Du branch and ask for a replacement. It costs 25 dirhams and takes less than 5mn – all you need is your National ID.

  call du immediately to de-activate the SIM , after that they will ask you to come to their office to verify your identity and get a new SIM with same number.
