i got dawn dish soap in my eye, what should i do?

  No, if you have washed your eye copiously with water, you will be ok. You will have some inflammation in your eye for a couple of days. I found a copy of a MSDS sheet on dawn and it tells you what to expect when this occurs. What is burning is the alcohol content of the soap.

  Omg!

  Usually washing it with water really works but with LOTS of water

  wash it out with water!! if it still stings or bothers call the poison control that u mentioned!! eventually ur eye will be fine if u wash it with enough water u wont ruin ur vision if it wasnt a big quantity of dawn

  Just rinse his eye and he’ll be fine. It might irritate his eye for a bit, but Dawn is really mild and won’t do any real damage.

  my 2 yrs old got it in her eye and i washed it with water and tear drops and she has been rubbing it! its starting to swell and her side of her face is red what are the symptoms? after words

  rinse it with luke warm clean water. No harm no foul.You’ll probably;y have better vision.
