there are fluid ounces and there are weight ounces…here’s the conversion for both
***********
16.9 fluid ounces……
16.9 oz x (1 cup / 8 oz) x (1 gal / 16 cup) x (8.345 lbs / gal) = 1.10 lbs
**********
16.9 weight ounces…..
16.9 oz x (1 lb / 16.0 oz) = 1.06 lbs

my guess is that your reading the bottle, which says 16.9 ounces and want to know what the weight is. that 16.9 would be in fluid ounces…
You don’t need to lose weight silly! 5’3 and you only weigh 105 pounds! The amount of water you are drinking is fine. Usually you are supposed to cut your weight in half, then divide by 2 and drink that many ounces of water a day.
1.2 lbs. For a case of 24 bottles, it would be about 28.5 lbs.
1 fluid oz = 28.35g.
16.9oz x 28.35g/oz = 479.115g / 454g/lb = 1.06lbs of water.
1.06 pounds PLUS the weight of the bottle.
Best answer material here.
16.9oz x 1lb/16oz = 1.06 lb
That’s simpler.
1 ounce = 0.0625 pounds

hence, 16.9 x 0.0625
. . . . . . = 1.05625
. . . . . . = 1.06pounds (2dp)
