  Dang, you already got it wet? I was going to suggest that the easiest thing would be to flake it off. You might try letting it dry, and scraping it off, but the water as an additive may have already ruined your chances.

  Theoretically, you don’t get it off, which is why so many people like it.

  Being on the back of a copy doesn’t mean anything about whether or not it could be read through…the other side being red makes a difference, though, so it’s good you clarified.

  You can change your name, drop out of the main stream, have no contact with your family and start a new life. On private papers then your information is protected, like a notice on your SS number. I’m not sure but seems this guy likes the challenge, and you keep giving him a challenge. The restraining order is useless for now in that the police can’t do anything unless or until he tries to harm you, so when he does attempt that you’d best know judo and such to protect yourself. And stay single for a while longer. Don’t be telling us where you plan to go, keep it to yourself. when you move find a job thru a women’s organization that protects women from their abusers, and then keep your mouth shut. No FB pages, no listed phone numbers, no giving our your number, no signing up for anything that requires your address, etc. Change your name before you use your credit cards (those are easy to track), and before you do your taxes and it’s best to change your name in another city where you’ve lived maybe 6 months or the requirement before you can make that change.

  What’s tip-ex? Is that like White-out? You can try reading the words that you covered with it by turning the paper around. It’ll usually show. OR you can put the paper on your window so that the sun shines through it and makes it transparent. That should help too.
