How do I set the Clock on a Pioneer DEH-2000MP in dash car stereo?

Update:

These first two answers did not work. I’ve used the manual, and still no luck. I get no “clock” menu, no matter how long I hold down the function button.

First you have to turn the unit off with the volume button. Make sure it’s off or you can’t set it.

Then press the function button for about 5 seconds and it will come up with a menu with a bunch of different settings, the clock should be in there with it.

EDIT: Picture of the page with the instructions on it.

How do I set the clock on my single CD player? For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps: 1. Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit turns off. 2.Press and hold the FUNCTION button, until display pops up, then release. (If you do not have a FUNCTION button, then push the AUDIO button) 3. Press the FUNCTION button again until the clock shows on the display. 4. Press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the hours. 5. Press the LEFT or RIGHT arrows to move to the minutes. 6.Press the UP and DOWN to adjust minutes. 7. When complete, press the SOURCE button to exit.

I am assuming it is like all pioneers. press (and hold) the SRC button to turn off the deck and then go to the function menu. That was how it was for mine and several other pioneers that i have messed with. If it’s not the function menu try the others, but I can say with 95% certainty that is how you do it.

Hold down the power button while the unit is off, the clock should start blinking, use the up and down buttons to change the hour/minutes, use the left and right buttons to toggle between the two.
