The “thing” about fortune cookies, horoscopes, and prophecies is that they are vague enough to be thought “relevant” in a wide variety of circumstances.
Using your cookies fortune as an example, let’s look at some circumstances that might make a person go, “Wow, that really applies to me!”

Hate to break it to you, but it doesn’t mean anything. Those are generated in a factory somewhere, and I feel that this one is just a jumble of words meant to sound cool. But, if you want to play along, it has something to do with either:
1. Jumping at the right time so you don’t die -or-
2. Lifting something, maybe your soul or your spirits, in time to counteract fate.
