I’m making my conformation and I am all of the above. Are there FEMALE any patron saints of the above? Or a girl’s name that is close to a guy’s name that is patron saint of the above? Thank you!

St. Cecilia is the patron saint of music.
It looks like St. Genesius and St. Vitus are patron saints of actors:

Girls’ names would be Genesia or Genevive and Vita.
St. Pelagia is a patron saint of actresses and dancers:

St. Philemon was another patron saint of dancers:

Girls’ name would be Philemina, or Mina.

The patron saint of actors is St. Genesius, a male. The patron saint of musicians is St. Cecelia, a woman. The patron saint of dancers is St. Vitus, a male.
I don’t think she’s officially a patron for any of the things you list, but St Hildegard of Bingen is famous as a musician and composer, so might be an appropriate choice.
