epoxy resin – how to remove it from hair?

I was just making some new plastic art pieces and do use exopy resin as theyre going to take a lot of strain, however…I kind of brushed my hair back from my head and got a glob of it stuck at the end! Ive a sharp bob haircut so cutting it out isnt an option!

Anyone got advice on how to remove it safely? Ive already doused it in my old acetone nail varnish remover… and now smell like acetone with a glob of epoxy at the end!

Oh and didnt know which category to put this in 🙂

Update:

Ill wait for it to fully dry as was trying to remove it when it was semi-wet. Do think bashing it with a hammer when its dried may be the way to go, but not sure I trust anyone enough with a hammer that close to my head lol!!

Cutting may end up the solution. I’d try baby oil on the hair.

If the resin is a big blob, can you lay it on a board and get a friend to bash with a hammer?

bashing with a hammer is a terrible idea bec if you break ice off your hair the hair breaks with it so the glue is going to be worse.

You’ll never get it out, a haircut is the only solution.
