Subject: Cancellation of intentionally imposed policy of GSIP ICICI Pru No: 17525656 of 2 lakh per annum dt 28 feb 2013 for which I never applied for never asked for and signed for.
JUST FOR HIS COMMISSION He did this blunder.IF IN THIS WORLD THERE IS SIGNIFICANCE OF TRUTH THAT IS WHAT I AM SUBMITTING. YOUR EMPLOYEE RAJESH IS 100% WRONG. HE EXPLOITS ME JUST FOR HIS INCENTIVES SIR. PLEASE
It is end of my efforts, I did to get back my today’s necessity to fulfill responsibilities of person who saved his money through provident fund and at last that day of 28th Feb, 2013 unlucky day came who dragged my whole money when I visited ICICI Bank sector 17 C. Sir I sincerely begged for my money but nobody cared of my problems. Moreover he got my signature on two papers upper paper was of Fixed Deposit and under that was nomination paper which I did not seen except signature column. But how the icici pru paper was signed, I do not know. Either it second paper or signed by someone, which I am unable to recognize but seems same signature.
I visted icici bank for fixed deposit. But I had not knowledge of this my bad day. Day was 28 feb 2013. employee rajesh said today is last working and closing day so we will FDR receipt later and I will get FDR by currier shortly. But bank put my money in ICICI Prudential which I came to know on receipt of Policy. Same Day, I visited bank and returned original policy and asked for refund which they agreed but on completion of free look period they send policy by ordinary post. Till then I have send numerous requests, but did not received my refund against GSIP policy # 17515656 of 2 lakh.big Amt itself shows that it was for FDR not for ICICI pru. I seeking my refund please. I send my representation up to high level management, but got replied that I had not submitted policy within free look period, which is quite wrong.
I submitted original policy on the same date it is received to me by post but was not processed and was returned after completion of free look period by ordinary post privately. Moreover it was a great shock for me. I am 55 year old, how I can assume to take policy for 15 years. Moreover I am diabetic and heart patient for the last 10 years. I had 2 lakh of provident fund, but how I will manage 12 lakh, which is 100% is not my capacity to pay.
Sir, I would be grateful, if I may please be refunded my money 2 lakh without any delay.
