Does anyone know how they did the “hollow” effects to the vizard’s voices?

I have a few sound editing programs and I was wanting to know what my voice would sound like in “vizard” form from Bleach. Does anyone how how they did the voice special effects? If so, what settings did they use?

P.S. I have NHC WavePad Sound Editor and Audacity.
