If you are wanting to get your tongue pierced, do not do it to lose weight. You should not lose weight from having your tongue pierced. The piercer will tell you what you can and cannot eat during the first few days, but it will not be anything that will make you lose weight. I had mine pierced, and the same evening I was eating pepperoni pizza. They say to rinse your mouth after eating, and it is well-advised. I would advise, myself, that you do not eat solids for the first day for sure, but after that, each person is different. I wish you the best of choices… Be careful, and only go to a professional to get your tongue pierced, tho.

I think you could. I mean after the piercing eating things that cause weight gain would be difficult. This would last about a week. A few pounds may be lost during the tongue piercing healing process.

No, you only have to watch what you eat for the first few days. Eating solid foods is somewhat difficult, so you will be sticking to more liquids and soft foods like soup, yogurt, etc. I didn’t lose any weight with my tongue piercing because I was only unable to eat solids for about 3 days. You may lose a pound or two, but nothing noticeable. People told me the same thing when I got braces, but really its only harder to eat, not impossible.
Can you please answer mine:

if you eat anything but solid food (so ice creams and co.), you probably will lose weight because of your diet XDXD but it’s better to eat everything, being careful with your tongue, because you need to feed yourself if you want a good healing process!

Always start your meal which has a salad. It’ll fill you upwards, making you eat less in the actual meal, and it’s approach fewer calories than typical deep-fried or cheesy apps.

Use silken tofu instead of cream for some recipes similar to this dairy-free chocolate mousse.

Keep snack centers inside the fridge and cupboard to avoid grazing and eating out of containers.

Nosh on baked carrot chips rather then greasy potato chips.
