‘Can’t talk, WhatsApp only’ what does it mean?

  I believe that it only means that you are only allowed to send messages but you cannot create or to make calls to your friends.

  It means they can’t be bothered speaking to friends like you but can reply you on what’s app

  but whatsaap have now calling feature so new status is can’t chat whatapp call only. 😜
