Because we have an above ground pool, and its against city rules to put it up outside. So can we set it up in the garage. We will use a soft material over the concrete to not rip the vinyl, but we wont use sand, to messy.
Its a four car garage and we only have 2 cars, there,s room for it. And my above ground pool is heated. And they never said that you cant have an above ground pool inside, now did they!

Probably not. The humidity will cause big problems throughout your home if you don’t also install an air exchange system. A regular pool will also create water slopping problems unless you tear up the garage floor to install drains.
However, you can install an ‘endless’ pool in a garage. These are used for lap swimming. A powerful system creates a strong current that allows you swim in place. You can also lounge in the pool without the current although the pool is not large enough for real swimming.
Endless pools have covers to limit humidity but a smart person would also install a simple fan system in the garage to get rid of humidity anyway.
Many people have installed these pools in garages. You will have to find a plumber who is familiar with the endless pool system requirements unless you want to do it all yourself. It’s a great solution for people who really want to swim but not a good solution for people (or kids) who just want to play around.
Sounds like a plan to me… id be concerned with the amount of humidity it will put into your garage though… probably will destroy any electronics…. I dunno how your garage is finished though… also that is ALOT of weight even for a garage
I live in Moore Oklahoma I have a 2000 square foot home and a 2car garage my daughter recommended putting my swimming pool in the garage we have a soft side Intex above ground pool not with the blow up ring around the top rim just a soft side with metal poles 15 foot by 4 foot one of the biggest problems we encounter was when people get in the pool they tend to splash water over the edges and yes it creates a shopping problem we had some throw rugs down around the floor which were completely soaked additionally the garage door opener that was installed in the middle of the ceiling someone splashed water on it and the light bulb busted into the middle of the pool because of how hot the bulb was we had to clean the glass out we put a cover with some clear tape over it so that helped afterwards only the two other comments I read are absolutely right there i I was thinking about trying to install a ventilation system simply in the garage and use the pool only wh metal objects in the garage
