Can I feed my ducks Rabbit pellets?

My ducks are almost full grown. They’ve been raised on “Meat bird”, which is basically a protein-rich duck food. Now that they are almost grown, I want to feed them a variety of foods so they don’t get stuck on just meat bird. I know that ducks in the wild eat grass, insects and other outdoor stuff. So considering that rabbit pellets have more vegetables in them, is it something they can eat as a treat?

I wouldn’t. Ducks and Rabbits are different species, it would probably harm the duck’s digestion tract. Maybe you could ask a vet or go online and see what else they could eat. Hope this helped.

Why rabbit pellets? Give them bird pellets. Your duck might get really sick.

Not the best idea. Thats why they have the label Rabbit..because the nutrition for the rabbit is in the pellet.
