Can bottled lemon juice to lighten skin (personal experience please)?

Do you have to use real, fresh lemons or can you use bottled that doesn’t have much water and is not from concentrate?

A fresh lemon mix to a water and bath to the whole body is good. Its would help you somehow lightens your skin but this must be repeated often to get good result and don’t expose your skin directly to sun. Rubbing directly lemon to your skin is not advised. Yeah it will work with some precautions: 1. Lemon is acidic so if you have sensitive skin, mix it with water to reduce the harshness. Also, consider using cotton swabs while applying it. 2. Lemon juice will increase photosensitivity making it easier for you to become tan if you don’t wear sunscreen. Try applying lemon juice during the night and then wearing high SPF sunscreen during the day to prevent this. 3. Lemon dries out your skin like crazy. Make sure you have an excellent moisturizer to counteract this. In fact, if you have the time/resources, try creating a mixture of equal parts lemon and honey. The honey acts as a moisturizer and also helps lighten skin, and the lemon will exfoliate and lighten the skin giving you excellent results. This is very sticky though, so leave it on for 10-15 mins and then shower immediately unless you want to stick to your friends 🙂 Finally, lemon won’t make your skin lighter than its natural color, but it will remove tan you’ve added throughout your life. So if you’re naturally very dark, don’t expect too much, but if you were born light and became dark, it should help out to some extent. Really make sure you use sunscreen though for the reasons I mentioned and a good moisturizer but with those 3 used together, you’ll be good to go.
