Hyderabad mix is not a commercial dietary product. This is invented by NIN -national institute of nutrition Hyderabad for Malnutrition cases and this like ” Sattu” – a home made multimixture of – bengal gram, grount nuts jaggery and skimmed milk fortified by vit A ,and this is served in Aaganbadis for socioeconomically poor classes.
