Yeah, they are fine to eat. The only thing you might want to watch is that they are pretty salty, so they may make you hold water weight and/or bring your blood pressure up. If you are being monitored for high blood pressure, then I would skip them. Otherwise, I don’t think there’s a problem.
I consume junk nutrition plenty, it style of feels to be the element I crave maximum. don’t get me incorrect I actually have a healthful weight-alleviation plan, yet a minimum of a million think of an afternoon isn’t ‘sturdy for me’. i like cake, cookies, chocolate, salty snacks, etc etc
