I got my septum pierced two weeks ago and the left ball keeps falling off! The first time i had help to get it on but it was on tight enough and fell off last night, i can’t get the ball back on at all and neither can anyone else. I was wondering if i go to a piercing shop that is close to me if they will put the ball back on for free? This isn’t where i got it pierced but it’s more convenient then driving 20 minutes out of my way to the place i got it pierced. Or will only the place i got it pierced fix the jewelry for me?
