I’ve heard about the sister sizes and i wear a 32 b bra so i was just wondering if they were about the same size or not

No, they are NOT the same.
The number represents the measurement around your ribcage. The letter represents the cup size.
If a 32B fits you correctly, you will find a 30C too tight around your ribcage, and too big in the cup.
Depending on your age and any health issues you may have, a too tight bra can have an adverse effect on your health…and a cup that is too big (or small) will not give you the support you need, and looks unsightly.

No they are not the same size. If you are a size 32b and bought a size 30c bra then it would proberly be too tight around the back and the cup size would be to big
Yes they are the same cup volume, this is called sister sizing. The cup shape is different the 32B is more shallow and the 30C is deeper. The band is also different when it stretch it will be 2 inches smaller. Having a small band is a good thing because you get more support, more lift, and it defines your waist.
